If you order before 3PM Eastern time, we make every effort to ship the order out the same day. If not, the order will be shipped within 24-48 hours depending on the day and time you order. After we ship it out, the transit time is 3-5 business days for US orders and 7-10 business days for international orders. We have a huge inventory of products across multiple warehouses and just about everything is in-stock. If in a rare circumstance, your order is not in stock due to high demand, we will email you immediately to see if you want to wait, cancel, or get something else. We've been shipping jewelry around the world for about 10 years now. We ship with USPS first class mail, which is safe, reliable, and cost-effective. Shipping costs are as follows:

$5 flat rate for all US orders

$8 flat rate for all international orders. We do not ship to Africa

All returns must be in brand new condition. No refunds or exchanges will be granted for items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear. The returns department must verify that the item is in new condition before granting a refund or exchange. Shipping costs cannot be refunded as the cost goes to the postal service.
